Tim brings a unique blend of hands-on growing experience and technical expertise, with a career rooted in helping greenhouse operations thrive through data, technology, and sustainable practices. Most recently, Tim was a Sales Manager for Sollum Technologies, where he helped expand their dynamic LED lighting solutions across the Eastern United States—growing the customer and sales base significantly during his tenure.

With a deep understanding of both crop production and environmental control, Tim has worked closely with growers of vine crops, leafy greens, florals, and cannabis to develop lighting strategies that drive results. Tim earned a BS degree in Biology from Penn State University, and served as a grower at Fifth Season, giving him a practical perspective on the challenges growers face every day.
