LetsGrow.com introduces innovative Energy module in the Strategy Manager

LetsGrow.com proudly announces the release of the latest update for Strategy Manager, featuring the innovative Energy module. This add-on enables companies to accurately estimate their energy consumption, fully integrated with their cultivation strategy and greenhouse compartments. Following the launch of Strategy Manager Crop in January of last year, LetsGrow.com now reaches a new milestone with the introduction of the Energy module. This addition provides users not only insights into their crop strategy and target values but also into the energy consumption and costs for heating and lighting.

Personalized energy consumption linked to crop strategy

Strategy Manager Energy, LetsGrow.com's new add-on, enables companies to accurately estimate their energy consumption fully linked to their crop strategy and greenhouse setup (compartments). This provides users with clear insights into their energy costs alongside production goals, as well as the ability to easily compare different scenarios.

The introduction of the Energy module brings a variety of advantages for users, seamlessly integrating crop strategy and energy consumption data into a unified and visualized platform. This comprehensive tool empowers users to estimate heating and lighting costs, providing a valuable comparison against predetermined energy budgets. Want to explore the impact of transitioning from SON-T to LED lights or altering your screens? The Energy module allows you to delve into these changes, offering insights into the potential outcomes. However, it doesn't stop there.

The module also facilitates a hands-on approach to strategy development. Users can play with various settings, creating different scenarios to assess the varying impacts on energy consumption. The beauty lies in the ability to compare these scenarios side by side, empowering users to make informed decisions and select the optimal strategy for their specific needs.

Our client Finka recently started working with the Energy module: “Strategy Manager Energy allows us to project, with better accuracy, the energy demand through the crop cycle. This gives us the opportunity to reduce the energy costs in the contract negotiations,” says Darek Blajer, grower at Finka.

"With Strategy Manager Energy, we aim to provide companies with a powerful tool that not only optimizes their crop strategy but also gives complete control over energy costs. This empowers growers to make informed decisions and enhance production efficiency," says Martin van Tol, Sales Manager at LetsGrow.com.

At the Fruit Logistica in Berlin (7 - 9 February), attendees had the opportunity to explore Strategy Manager Energy. As we are already looking forward to the upcoming HortiContact edition from the 5th to the 7th of March, the LetsGrow.com team is excited to continue the conversation. Join us at booth C120, where we'll be ready to provide in-depth information about Strategy Manager Energy and answer any questions you may have.
