The Fragaria: 'If you cannot hire them, join them'

Back in 2023, Cultivators was in conversation with a promising candidate for a new role. As Cultivators, they are partners in growing businesses, and this individual came to Cultivators not only with strong credentials but also a clear, ambitious plan to contribute to their mission.

But one line in his proposal stood out:

“For the first three months, I would like support in launching a strawberry facility in India.”

During the final interview, it became clear that his heart was set on this project — a venture he called The Fragaria. His passion was undeniable. The only lingering question was:
“What happens if The Fragaria takes off?”
