Matthijs Plas appointed as new BBBLS CEO

Matthijs has an extensive career within various roles throughout the Horticulture sector, ranging from Seed companies, the Ministry of Agriculture and De Ruiter East Africa to his latest role as Strategy Officer at Modiform BV.

After the unexpected death of our Founder & former CEO Anton Paardekooper in December 2022 -which had a big impact on all of us- BBBLS has been in a difficult position. The focus of the team, also under the new CEO, has been on solving the issues that occurred as a result. We highly appreciate all the support of our partners, suppliers and other stakeholders we have received in the past months.

We are very happy that Matthijs decided to join BBBLS and greatly value his knowledge and experience. We would also like to thank our interim-CEO Menko Deroos for all of his continuing efforts in support of BBBLS.
