Oishii continues to sidestep struggles plaguing vertical farms

At a time when many players in the controlled environment agriculture industry are laying off employees, filing for bankruptcy and in some cases closing their doors, vertical farm Oishii continues to grow – expanding production, distribution, its portfolio of high-end berries, and now its leadership team with the appointment of industry veteran Rita Hudetz as chief commercial officer.
