Israeli company grows sweeter strawberries and sour tomatoes

Israeli company Ariel Global has developed an agricultural method that allows farmers to "prepare" a fruit or vegetable according to their preference using a new hydroponic method, the company stated in a recent news release.

The company, which installs greenhouses with irrigation and climate control systems and advises and trains farmers, has developed new hydroponic channels using the DFT method.
