YOUR CHALLENGE

As Commercial/Technical Sales Engineer you focus on support tasks of the R&D Department such as: “Technical Customer Support; Experimental Production; Technical Sales Support; Production Support and Assisting in the final stages of the product development”. 

The work is about problem-analysis, trouble shooting, solving problems independently on a short notice, to be ready to travel abroad to customers on short notice, to solve problems hands-on in factories and blending facilities. Upscaling trials into pilot plant scale resulting in transfer to large scale factories. Documentation and reporting of activities. It has a focus primarily on film coating and coating application.

YOU ARE

You can act on high vocational level with preferable an agricultural education. You have strong commercial and analytical skills and a pro-active hands-on mentality. You are independent; self-reliant, flexible and a creative problem solver. 

Besides this: good communication (with people from different cultures and background) and collaboration skills are needed. Also punctuality and being quality minded are important.
